Over the course of their decades of work with companies, the Legacy co-founders watched people pour immense effort, incredibly hard work and so much of their blood, sweat and tears in the wrong direction.
They would try and try and try and spin their wheels and end up feeling exhausted, depleted, and nowhere near the accomplishments of the dreams they once held.
It was really heartbreaking to watch. Capable, competent business owners would lose time, money, and even core relationships with children, spouses, family members, because they were overworked and under-accomplished. They were walking the path of incessant trial and error making unpredictable, unsteady, incremental progress at best.
They knew there was something more for people, both personally and professionally.
Their passion for predictable progress and for fruitful effort led them to build this strategic growth community. Leveraging an extensive background working with clients to determine strategies to drive brand visibility, recognition, and reputation for startup to multinational companies. Thomas takes a multi-faceted approach to logistics, distribution, process improvements and product development in order to gain and retain consumer support. He understands how to harness the power of people and how to leverage the power of dynamic educational content to catalyze growth.
