Legacy Leadership Institute is the brainchild of two very accomplished serial entrepreneurs, Thomas MacDonald and Madeleine MacRae. After their successful corporate carreers and inidivdually growing profitable start-ups, both built coaching and consulting firms, focused on sales, success, business growth, scalability, marketing, leadership development and exit planning. In 2023 they brought together their universes of systems & content to create Legacy Leadership Institute and the PRO-Q system.
For nearly 25 years the elements with the PRO-Q system have been refined in real-life, real-world scenarios with more than 2800 business owners, just like you. So, when we say that we understand, and that the struggles that you’re facing are not shocking, we really and truly mean it.
